Always start with dry hands, face and body

Add approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons of Gel (Cleansing Oil to milk) in the Naturalesia bamboo bowl. (You can adjust the amount if you are going to do a body scrub).
Remember not to mix with water at first, as the gel turns into an emulsion on contact with water

Choose the scrub of your choice. It is possible to mix two or three scrubs at the same time. tip! For exfoliations on the body or feet, we recommend mixing fruit exfoliants always with sugar or salt, these exfoliants have a larger granulometry and will give better results.

Apply the scrub on your face or body. Do not apply near the eye area.

Apply the Cleansing Oil / exfoliating mixture at different pressures and with circular movements on the muscles of the legs, arms, back, neck and face.
The result is an intense sensation of relaxation and well-being, as well as a cleansing effect on the body. Your skin will feel clean and smooth.
Rinse with lukewarm water or take a relaxing shower or bath
