    • Avocado oil

      Rich in antioxidants, fatty acids, proteins and minerals. Contains vitamins E, A, B2, B3. Protective and regenerative effect. Typical avocado oil contains 70-80% oleic and palmitoleic acids, about 10% linoleic and linolenic acids, and 10% palmitic and stearic acids.

      Always start with dry hands, face and body

      Add approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons of Gel (Cleansing Oil to milk) in the Naturalesia bamboo bowl. (You can adjust the amount if you are going to do a body scrub).
      Remember not to mix with water at first, as the gel turns into an emulsion on contact with water

      Choose the scrub of your choice. It is possible to mix two or three scrubs at the same time. tip! For exfoliations on the body or feet, we recommend mixing fruit exfoliants always with sugar or salt, these exfoliants have a larger granulometry and will give better results.
