All of our  products are shipped to you from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €180, depending on the designated country. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Naturalesia only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like black friday and christmas, order processing can take up 7 business days. we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the products and its outer cardboard packaging, and email us as soon as possible at shop@naturalesia.com to notify us of the damage.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.

Shipping times: We ship from warehouses located in Belgium, orders shipping will arrive within 3-10 business days inside Europe.
